Order Cancellations

  • We accept order cancellations prior to the delivery of the digital license key.
  • To cancel your unshipped order, please contact our support team via live chat. Provide your order details and request cancellation.

Defective Products

Digital License Keys:

  • We do not accept returns for digital license keys. However, if a key is incorrect, damaged, or defective, we offer the following resolutions:
    • Replacement: Our first response will be to provide a replacement key.
    • Full Refund: If the replacement does not resolve the issue, we will provide a full refund.

Process for Defective Products:

  1. Contact our support team via live chat with details of the defect.
  2. Our team will verify the issue and provide a replacement key.
  3. If the replacement is still defective, we will issue a full refund.
  4. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Customer Remorse:

  • We do not accept returns for digital license keys due to customer remorse (e.g., purchasing the wrong product, no longer wanting the item).

Refund Process:

  • Refunds for defective products will be processed within 30 business days after verification of the defect.
  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable as all products are delivered digitally.
